Paul Anderson-Walsh

Paul is an L&D Practitioner, Author, Broadcaster, Inspirational Speaker and Life Coach. The common thread through his work is his ability to help people and organisations to realise their full potential.

Regardless of the context Paul’s unique gift in being able to communicate people’s self-worth and expand their horizons. A recent delegate at one of his programmes wrote saying “I have never been a part of a group of people so utterly transfixed by a speaker and driven to be the best version of themselves as a result.”

Paul is the co-founder of TCfIL who are specialists in inclusive leadership development, organisational behaviour and executive coaching. TCfIL work with organisations to enable them to create working environments in which people can be their best self and do their best work. Paul’s clients come from a variety of sectors including: Professional Services, The Arts, Higher Education, Construction, Policing, Retail, Not for Profits, Financial Services and Health Care.

Paul is ITN Productions resident leadership expert for their forthcoming Amazon Audible series “How to OutPerform” He is also a BBC contributor and has a regular show on Premier Radio called “Ask Paul” One Producer kindly said of Paul, “There are not many intellectuals who’re able to unpack issues in a lay manner, that give clarity, wisdom with deep emotional understanding. He’s popular amongst listeners and viewers alike.”

Paul is the former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and continues to work with various social justice projects and is also the founder and director of The Grace Project – a charity dedicated to working with people to help them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject.
